Organizations and campaigns
What is an organization?
An organization is your central place where you can add and manage campaigns and billing and payment methods, build your forms to create your giveaways, and invite team members to collaborate.
Drawbridge use is billed per organization. A user can create several organizations within her/his/their account, but each organization would be billed separately. Creating multiple organizations in your account allows you the flexibility to manage multiple brands, clients, franchises, or partnerships with ease.
For example, a creative agency may have several clients; each client would be its own organization in Drawbridge so that all of the client assets and payment methods wouldn’t be mixed. Brands with franchise locations could also create separate organizations for each of its franchise locations, in order to run different giveaways tailored to each region, for example.
What is a campaign?
A campaign is created in order to create and organize your draws (aka, your giveaways!), or collection of draws, that occur a single timeframe. For example, a campaign might include hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly prize draws. A campaign can have multiple forms (that become the landing pages that collect the entry information) associated with it.
What's included in a campaign?
On most plans, you can add different forms to your campaign to A/B test creative or have different forms for each different partner or influencer who may be helping spread the word about your campaign. But this is just the beginning! Depending on your plan you can add things like age gates, skill testing questions, custom thank you messages, custom subdomains and many, many more features.
And! You can always add more campaigns or team members based on your needs. Check out our pricing page for the details.
Why should I have multiple campaigns?
It really depends on your goal. If you want to, say, attract a new audience, you can use one campaign to generate leads. If your goal is also customer retention, use another campaign to target your existing email list with a separate prize which can help you to stay top of mind with your current audience. Or! Offer a separate prize like an in-store credit, if your goal is to drive foot traffic to your brick-and-mortar stores. The opportunities are practically endless.
What happens if I delete a campaign?
Oops! If you accidentally delete a campaign, let us know, and we can try to help you out, but there's no guarantee your information can be restored. If you delete a campaign on purpose, the campaign metrics and entry leads you've gathered to date will be deleted permanently.
