How do winners verify their identity?

Once you trigger the winner email directly from your Drawbridge dashboard after you’ve selected the winner, the recipient receives a unique verification code. They must enter this code to access the address collection form, ensuring the person claiming the prize is the same person who entered the giveaway.

Can I customize the message for different winners?

Yes! If you are awarding multiple prizes, you can send unique, personalized messages to each winner directly from the system.

Where is the shipping address stored?

All addresses are stored securely within your Drawbridge dashboard under the specific campaign’s winner tab. You will receive a notification as soon as an address is added! 

Do I still need my CRM for this?
