Is there a free version of Drawbridge?

Drawbridge offers an initial, one-time, fourteen day free trial. After you sign in, you can create an organization and check out all the amazing features Drawbridge has to offer! Build a custom-looking landing page to showcase the unique, modern giveaway entry pages Drawbridge creates that highlight your brand in one clean, seamless experience. You must have a paid account in order to activate your giveaway and begin accepting entries. You can upgrade to a paid subscription anytime within or after your free fourteen day trial.

What happens after my free trial ends?

After fourteen calendar days, you can upgrade to a paid subscription simply by adding a credit card and selecting the plan that's right for you.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can. However, note that when you cancel your account, all your previous campaigns and leads that you’ve collected will also be cancelled and deleted. Rather than canceling, we suggest downgrading to a lower tier plan when you are between giveaways.

I have multiple organizations, will I receive an invoice for each one each month?

Yes! To keep your organizations well-organized, each one is invoiced separately based on its plan and any overages incurred. This way, should you have multiple clients - each one being their own organization - you can bill them each separately with ease.

Can I use a client's credit card to pay for their organization?

You bet! We wanted to make Drawbridge agency-friendly, so you can put in different credit cards for different organizations. Each month, you can pull the usage information (from the analytics page under that organization) and invoices (under the billing page) easily.

What happens if the credit card expires during a live campaign?

We understand this can happen, and don’t want this to derail a live campaign, so should a credit card expire mid-campaign, you will receive a notice requesting a new credit card number. If this isn’t completed before the card expires, your organization will be locked until a new, valid credit card number is added.

Do I get charged even if I'm not running a campaign?

Drawbridge charges a monthly subscription fee. Even if you aren’t running a campaign during a certain month, you are still able to access the metrics, custom urls, and leads gained from previous campaigns, as well as the assets you uploaded previously, as you plan for your next campaign. Drawbridge is also effective in helping retarget your audience, so the more giveaway campaigns you run, the more active and engaged your community can be! This can help drive audience members through your sales funnel, encouraging them to become brand loyalists.
