How do I select a winner?
It’s easy! And this is the really exciting part! Select the campaign in which you’d like to make the draw. On the left menu in that campaign is the draw option. On the draw page, click new to begin. In the pop up, select the prize you wish to award, and then select either all, a specific range, or a specific time. Add any notes about the prize as needed. Once you click submit, a winner will automatically be selected! A second pop up will appear confirming all their details, so you can double check that they comply with the rules of the giveaway they have entered. If you enabled a skill testing question and want to make sure they’ve answered it correctly in order to win, go to your leads page and search for their email to review their submission information.
Don’t forget to send them an email to share that they have won!
How do I disqualify a winner?
If you discover that the original winner drawn has to be disqualified for any reason, click on the pencil icon and select disqualify. Complete the entry field with the reason as to why they are disqualified. To select a new winner, click new, and run the draw again, until you select an entry that is eligible to win.
Can I run multiple draws?
Definitely, and you can do so with ease. Multiple draws can be done all within one form, and can happen at different times. Just adjust your draw schedule and select one or multiple date ranges, or add more prizes, each with their own draw schedule. Under your campaign, select schedule in the left menu. Click new to add the new start and end times. Hit submit, and you're done!
We think this will be especially helpful if someone is running a ‘12 Days of Giveaways’ during the holidays. You can manage all your prizes in one form and simply select different schedules for each prize. Schedules can have their own start and end dates.
Does the same email count as two entries?
This depends on the settings you choose for your campaign. Some users want people to enter their draw only once, and others want those to enter once per day. You can adjust the entry parameters accordingly on the setting page.
