Entry limits

Does my entry limit account for one or all of my campaigns?

Organizations can have several campaigns running at the same time. Entry limits are totaled for all campaigns within an organization each month. At the beginning of each month, your limit count restarts at zero. 

So if you have three campaigns running, all the entries from all three campaigns count toward your entry limit total (ex., 1,000/month for the Basic plan, 5,000/month for the Starter plan, 20,000/month for the Pro plan, 50,000/month for the Premium plan, and 150,000 for the Elite plan).

What happens when I reach my entry limit per month?

Depending on your plan, you will be charged per entry gathered each month once you are over the limit of your selected plan. You can upgrade your plan at any time to increase your entry limit if needed!  

For example: 

• Basic plan - 1,000 entries/month. Each entry received after 1,000 in that month will be charged at $0.0125 / entry. 
• Starter plan - 5,000 entries/month. Each entry received after 5,000 in that month will be charged at $0.010 / entry. 
• Pro plan - 20,000 entries/month. Each entry received after 20,000 in that month will be charged at $0.0075 / entry.
• Premium plan - 50,000 entries/month. Each entry received after 50,000 in that month will be charged at $0.0025 / entry.
• Elite plan - 150,000 entries/month. Each entry received after that will be charged at $0.002 / entry that month. 

Your entry count starts again at 0 at the beginning of each month. 

How much are the overages?

• Basic plan - 1,000 entries/month. Each entry received after 1,000 in that month will be charged at $0.0125 / entry. 
• Starter plan - 5,000 entries/month. Each entry received after 5,000 in that month will be charged at $0.010 / entry. 
• Pro plan - 20,000 entries/month. Each entry received after 20,000 in that month will be charged at $0.0075 / entry.
• Premium plan - 50,000 entries/month. Each entry received after 50,000 in that month will be charged at $0.0025 / entry.
• Elite plan - 150,000 entries/month. Each entry received after that will be charged at $0.002 / entry that month. 

Your entry count starts again at 0 at the beginning of each month.
