What is a lead?

A lead is someone who has entered your giveaway.

Where can I see my leads?

The leads page within your campaign is where you can see all the individuals who have entered your giveaway. Click on the manage button beside a lead’s name to see expanded information about that lead, including how many entries and submissions they have made, as well as the email they used to enter that giveaway. The pop up also indicates what they won, if anything, within that campaign, if they were rejected for any reason, and whether or not they’ve agreed to your terms and conditions. 

There is also a filter button on the right side of your screen if you need to find or view specific information quickly.

What happens to my lead information if I cancel my subscription?

Your leads will be deleted once you cancel your subscription. Instead of cancelling, we suggest keeping your account active but downgrading to a lower tier when you are in between giveaways. This way, you will always have access to the leads and entries received, as well as the metrics gathered from each campaign.
